Overall clean hotel
Updated rooms. Particularly good location next to the railway line on the viaduct next to the building.- Efficient and excellent staff with a great attitude towards guests.- Exceptionally comfortable beds.- Electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a study table in the room

Friendly staff. Clean. Within walking distance from the city centre. I will most likely stay there the next time too.
Would like to have a minibar or cooler on the room, especially since my friend needs to keep her insulin cool. Oh and please fix the faulty temperature knob in the shower ;)

The commute to the hotel. I would have preferred something on the left side of the Rhine River.

Quirky hotel, the stay was really great, excellent location next to the railway line which is on the viaduct next to the building. They gave us an impressive and amazingly comfortable room with an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV and a writing table. Interior was nice.

The staff here are super nice, and the rooms are really spacious – perfect for me and my 4 and 7-year-old kids! 😊 Plus, we had AC to keep cool, which was a lifesaver. And breakfast had a huge variety of tasty food options to choose from.

Good hotel, good ratio between price and quality. Good breakfest, not big but good. Room was nice, but showed some small damage on the walls, and the bed cover had a burn mark. But overall it was good.

Nice room and very good breakfast. Free parking and only a 10 min walk to tram station.
Pillows were quite hard/big.
